At Mas Café, we take our coffee seriously – very seriously. Our coffees are locally roasted by Roastmaster Eric Patrick of Torreo Coffee and Tea Company based out of Philadelphia, PA. We feature two sustainable single-origin coffees, one house blend and one decaf house blend on a daily basis. We rotate our single-origin coffees regularly to let our customers experience excellent coffees from around the globe. What are sustainable coffees you might ask? “The term sustainably grown is used to describe any agriculture product that addresses the various economic, social and environmental concerns related to the production of that product.” We believe in supporting the farms, families and estates where our coffees are produced by paying a premium price for our specialty grade coffees.
We also have a full espresso drink menu, ranging from artfully extracted double espressos to lattes, cappuccinos and frozen drinks (take a look at the menu page!). At Mas Café, we pride ourselves on our coffee knowledge and espresso and milk preparation. Owners, Ray & Courtney Hencken, are both current Barista Guild of America members. Ray also holds Coffee Barista and Advanced Latte Art degrees from the American Barista & Coffee School based out of Portland, OR.
